We'll keep our options open for now and see what works best for us in the long run. ![]() While Quickbooks' service is indeed commendable, their rigid refund policy left us with a sour taste in our mouths. As our business grows, we will be exploring other options that may better accommodate our needs and offer more flexibility when it comes to customer service. The $25 may not seem like much, but we believe it's a missed opportunity for them to build lasting customer relationships. This left us feeling quite frustrated, considering we had hoped to come back to Quickbooks in the future when our business expands. When we reached out and kindly asked for a refund, they declined, citing their policy. Regrettably, we forgot to cancel before our payment went through. However, it didn't quite align with our current business needs, and we realized we weren't quite ready for it. Quickbooks undoubtedly offers a very good service, and we were excited to give it a try. All reps acknowledge and see the issue but say they can make an exception and refund for just the transaction fees associated wit the initial charge, but not the transaction fees for the refunds which had to be issues do to their system glitch So they have some major disconnect in their customer service. Even when escalated, the "manager" clearly mentioned all he is able to do is take feedback and not empowered to credit back for the issue or help resolve it. Every call lasts 2+ hours with no resolution. Have made many calls and given up trying to get these transactions fees refunded. A total double dip on transaction fees over no fault of my own. On top of this they charge a transaction fee anytime the CC gets charged, and another one anytime I refund the customer. ![]() QB acknowledges the issues, and have tried many times to removes his CC info, we went as far as to delete his profile on QBO. Customer has been purchasing our product online, but we book their sales as sales receipts under their profile, and he keeps getting charged again. You cannot remove a CC number from a customer's profile once you save it. We had a customer's CC info saved once, but them immediately tried to remove it. Much cheaper and way less issues I have a product based business now that I use QBO for. Definitely not doing that anymore, switching to Xero or manager. I am an accountant by trade and have bene using QB for 15+ yrs, have recommended and helped many businesses setup QB. Reading all these horrendous reviews gives me some solace that I am not the only person facing issues. Stay away from Quickbooks payments at all costs ![]()
